College Events Manager Maureen Cawley in a Friday (Nov. 4, 2016) e-mail said the college would open its faculty and staff dining room in Wismer Center on the 601 E. Main St. campus as a free meeting space Wednesdays from 5:30-9:30 p.m. to nonprofit organizations within 25 miles of campus. Learn more about the college’s offer, here.

“We are proud to be active members in a larger community that extends well beyond our campus borders,” Cawley wrote. “We value the role we play in creating a strong and vibrant neighborhood … We hope this welcoming meeting spot will encourage our neighbors to gather here in an open forum where we can learn more about the issues and happenings that affect our community and its organizations.”

Call Cawley at the Ursinus Events Office at 610-409-3279 or send her an e-mail, here.
