UPPER SALFORD PA – Shelly Road in Upper Salford will be re-paved next Monday through Friday (June 19-23, 2017) during “business hours” (assumed to be 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.) between Old Skippack Road and the bridge over Vaughn Run, according to the township’s Facebook page. Drivers should expect that portion of the road to be closed daily for the work to be completed.
Businesses at the Shelly Square Shopping Center should not be affected, it said, except that customers will be required to enter Shelly Road from Sumneytown Pike (PA Route 63). Through traffic will not be permitted on Shelly Road during business hours, it added.
The township said it appreciated the public’s “cooperation and understanding.”
