LOWER SALFORD PA – Lane restrictions are scheduled to occur Monday (July 24, 2017) from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. for milling and paving operations on Route 113, between Route 63 and Broad Street in Lower Salford and Franconia townships, and Souderton Borough, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation announced in a press release.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through these work zones. Slowdowns will occur during construction, the agency warned. Progress of the work depends on the weather.
These restrictions will be in effect through the end of August, PennDOT added. The work is part of a project to repair and resurface 20 miles of state highway in Montgomery County.
